Space is extremely limited and the tables are selling out very quickly. If you are a label or vinyl
dealer wanting to participate in the fair, please return the contract with payment in full
as soon as humanly possible. DO NOT DELAY! We MUST have a completed contract and
payment in full in order to reserve your space. Absolutely no exceptions.
SOME GOOD NEWS! WLUW has learned we will be able to hire a dedicated security guard for the record fair, so dealers may leave their merchandise in the tent overnight. The tent is open-sided, but a guard will be patrolling the tent for all time that WLUW staff is not on the premises. The WLUW record fair tent roof is described as waterproof by the rental company, but it has no sides, and may not protect merchandise in a downpour. We recommend storing merchandise in plastic bins or covering securely with a waterproof tarp if you plan to leave your stuff overnight.
WLUW, the Pitchfork Music Festival, and their related agencies are not responsible for any loss of or damage to merchandise left overnight. Vendors leaving their merchandise overnight do so with this knowledge. If you choose to load out and load back in, the time
restrictions listed in the contract still do apply.
